Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 72 hours before departure, or a 50% refund 24–48 hours before departure. If the operator cancels due to dangerous weather or mechanical safety issues, you'll receive a full refund. For operator cancellations due to other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
