Cancellation Policy
Private tours: cancel 72 hrs prior to start for a full refund; cancel 48 hrs prior for a 50% refund. No refunds past 24 hrs. Cruise ship passengers: if the ship doesn't dock, get a 50% refund or a full credit. Operator may cancel due to inclement weather or sickness.
