You must know how to swim and tread water unassisted, be able to climb a boat ladder, and weigh under 275 lbs. Not suitable during pregnancy or for guests with neck, back, or mental problems. Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included.

Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, boat mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refund when canceling 72 hours before the tour. No-shows are charged full price. Parties of six or more must cancel seven days before the tour. No refunds for delays or rescheduling.
