Things to know
Riders must be 10+ years old, and riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who also books a ride. Maximum rider weight is 230 lbs, and each person must ride their own horse.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 48 hours before your reservation time. No refunds for changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or for late arrivals or no-shows. If the Ranch cancels due to weather, you may rebook at no additional cost or request a refund. Service fees and/or online booking fees are non-refundable.
FAQs
No. You must be able to mount and dismount independently. If you need assistance with mounting/dismounting or managing a horse, choose a non-riding activity for your safety and the well-being of the horses and other guests.
No. Cell phones and cameras are not permitted during trail rides. Phones will be collected and returned after the ride for picture taking.
Yes. Signed waivers are mandatory for anyone participating in activities. Complete your waiver online before you arrive; if you complete it on arrival, it may reduce your riding time.
