Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable. Flights affected by weather or air traffic control restrictions will be rescheduled. With at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking or credit toward a future flight may be available. All flights must be completed within 120 days of initial booking.

If your combined weight, including clothing and gear, exceeds 450 lbs, boarding may be denied or another flight may be scheduled at your expense.
