Important details
- Bring a valid passport for entry into the British Virgin Islands. Passport photos must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure for government clearance.
- BVI customs fees are not included: $80 per person in cash, presented with your passport on the morning of the charter.
- Fuel is not included and is billed after the trip at the market price per gallon based on usage. Estimated fuel costs are $300–$400 for Jost Van Dyke only, $400–$500 for Norman Island plus Jost Van Dyke, and $500–$700 for The Baths on Virgin Gorda.
- Crew gratuity is not included. A cash gratuity of 20% of the total charter cost is recommended for excellent service.
- Parking charges are not included. If you park at the St. Thomas marina, a parking pass is required to validate your vehicle for the day.
- Excessive mess, including trash, food, or heavy sunscreen buildup, may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
- Complete your waivers before the day of the charter.
- Use reef-safe sunscreen; spray sunscreen is not allowed.
- Destinations depend on weather and the captain's safety assessment. Virgin Gorda and The Baths are not guaranteed stops.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations 24–72 hours before departure forfeit the deposit; within 24 hours, the full charter fee applies. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or an opportunity to rebook. Missing valid passports may mean a USVI-only itinerary with no refund for additional BVI payments.

No. Your charter does not offer cruise-port pickup or drop-off. Take a taxi to American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook; the ride takes about 20–30 minutes. Taxi fares are separate and charged in cash per person, each way.
No. Drinks and light snacks are included, but lunch is a separate expense. You can stop for lunch at places such as Pirate's Bight, Willy T, or Soggy Dollar.
Yes. Bring additional snacks, drinks, or alcoholic beverages aboard the boat, but no glass containers. Coolers, ice, and water are provided.
