- Accessibility is limited: train doorways are 24 inches wide, and wheelchair storage space is limited. A wheelchair lift is available for boarding at Greenbank Station, but not at any stops.
- Pets are not permitted. Service dogs individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome.
- Do not smoke anywhere on the train or inside railroad buildings.

Cancellation Policy
Trains operate rain or shine. Pick up reserved tickets at least 15 minutes before departure. If tickets remain unclaimed 5 minutes before departure, your seats may be released to walk-up passengers. No-show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
