- Wheelchair access is limited: train doorways are 24 inches wide, and wheelchair storage space is limited. Buildings have ramps, and a wheelchair lift is available at Greenbank Station, but not at any stops.
- Pets are not permitted on board. Service dogs individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome.
- Do not smoke anywhere on the train or inside any building.

Cancellation Policy
Trains operate rain or shine. Pick up reserved tickets at least 15 minutes before departure. Tickets unclaimed 5 minutes before departure may be released to walk-up passengers. No-show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
