No refunds. Cancel with less than 1 week's notice and you'll lose your deposit. With more than 1 week's notice, reschedule to a mutually agreed date. Weather cancellations are rescheduled to a mutually agreed date. If a trip cannot be rebooked, it moves to the next year and your deposit carries over. Rain is not a reason to cancel; the captain decides whether to cancel.

A 15–20% tip for the mates is customary and isn't included in the listed price. You'll also be charged for repairs or replacement if you carelessly damage the boat or its equipment.
