Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your booking for a refund minus the first hour's cost. Within 7 days, you'll receive 100% credit toward a rescheduled date. Operator cancellations for weather or unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund. Rentals run rain or shine. No-shows are charged in full. No refunds for late arrivals or arriving at the wrong pickup location.
