Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before departure forfeit the deposit; cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full charter fee. Full refund or alternate date if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Valid passports are required for the BVI itinerary; missing passports may result in a USVI-only itinerary with no refund for BVI payments.
