Q: Where is the pickup location?
A: Your pickup location is listed in your confirmation email. We have 19 locations in Waikiki that we pick up from. Please wait at the designated spot with your phone on for any updates or instructions.
Q: What should I bring on the tour?
A: Bring sunscreen, water, a jacket for chilly mornings, and light clothing. Close-toed shoes are recommended. Only bring what you can carry, as nothing will be left in the van.
Q: What is included in the tour?
A: Hotel pickup and drop-off, a professional guide, a narrated tour, 1 Leonard’s malasada per guest, photos taken by your guide, and visits to scenic locations.
Q: Is food included?
A: One malasada from Leonard’s Bakery is included. Other food stops, such as a fruit stand and lunch in Haleiwa, are not included.
Q: Can I bring a tripod or camera gear?
A: Yes, you may bring a tripod and camera gear, but space is limited, so only bring what you can carry.
Q: Is gratuity included?
A: Gratuity is not included but is appreciated.
Cancellation policy
Cancel 7 or more days before the tour for a full refund; no refunds within 7 days. A 20% deposit is due at booking and the balance is charged 7 days before. Last-minute bookings within 7 days may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund; after 24 hours no refund. Reschedules are allowed 7+ days in advance only.
