Children must be accompanied by an adult. Arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Tours are subject to weather and may be canceled or rescheduled due to high winds or seas.

48+ hours notice: full refund. Within 48 hours: 50% charge. Within 24 hours, or no-show: charged in full. Full refund if the charter is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

This trip is not recommended for pregnant women, children under age 10, the elderly (including people with chronic back or neck problems or previous back or neck surgery), those with heart conditions, or anyone with balance issues needing a cane or crutches. The ride can be jarring depending on weather and ocean conditions.
Expect bumpy open-ocean conditions. Average Kauai conditions are around 12-knot winds and 4-foot seas. If you’re concerned about sea sickness, take Dramamine or Bonine at least 60 minutes before departure.
Yes. Hawai‘i requires a license for recreational ocean fishing for non-Hawai‘i residents (as of February 5, 2025). Nonresident youth under 15 and active-duty military personnel and their families do not need a license. Licenses are purchased separately and the operator notes they can’t refund license costs if your trip is affected by weather.
