A booking fee applies per hour. Extra time not pre-purchased is charged at $100 per half-hour (or portion). Pickup/drop-off beyond 30 miles of Sonoma Plaza is $5 per mile for both pickup and drop-off.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and reschedules are permitted with at least 14 days notice, minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel or reschedule more than 30 days prior to your date, you will see a full refund. No-shows or cancellations made within 14 days are charged the full fare.
