Important details
- Swimming ability is required, including swimming up to 30 feet while wearing a personal flotation device
- Moderate fitness is required for consistent paddling for 1 to 1.5 hours with few breaks
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Bring a rain jacket, layers, water-friendly footwear, and the capacity to carry at least 1 liter of water
- Tours operate rain or shine when conditions are deemed safe
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days ahead for a full refund minus a $20 processing fee; 15–29 days: 80% refund minus $20; 7–14 days: 50% refund minus $20; 0–6 days: no refund. If the operator cancels before the tour starts, receive a full refund.
