- All ages welcome. Bring a valid passport to enter the British Virgin Islands. Submit passport photos at 9 am the day before your charter.
- The $400 captain's fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly in cash or via Venmo on the day of your charter.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Costs vary, typically $250–$450, and will be charged to your credit card at the end of the day.
- Customs fees are not included in the listed price. You'll pay British Virgin Islands Customs directly in cash on the day: $95 per person for groups of 2–3, $85 per person for groups of 4, or $75 per person for groups of 5 or more.
- Captain gratuity is not included. Tipping is customary; the suggested amount for excellent service is 20% of the combined boat and captain fees.
- Complete a waiver for each person before 9 am the day before your charter.
- Do not bring glass bottles, red wine, or spray sunscreen aboard. Use lotion sunscreen only.
- Pickup at the property is weather-dependent and may move to Oasis Cove Marina on St. Thomas or Cruz Bay National Park Dock on St. John.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days in advance to avoid cancellation charges. With less than 7 days' notice, you'll be charged everything except fuel. Bookings made within 7 days of departure are considered confirmed at the time of booking.
