- Arrive 15 minutes before your lesson starts
- Check in before riding the included shuttle; direct meetups at Kalama Beach Park are not allowed
- Children ages 10 and under may join this private Ohana lesson only with their parents
- Non-swimmers require a private one-on-one lesson
- Attend sober; service may be refused for safety if you appear intoxicated or under the influence
- Expect lesson plans to change when ocean or weather conditions require it for safety
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours' notice, or 24 hours' notice for Fairmont Kea Lani guests. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
