Important details
- If approaching through the park from Springdale or the South Entrance, the Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway has vehicle limits: length 35 feet 9 inches (10.9 m), width 7 feet 10 inches (2.39 m), height 11 feet 4 inches (3.45 m), and weight 50,000 lbs (22,680 kg). Take a route around the park if your vehicle exceeds any limit, and allow time for the detour.
- Check in 15–20 minutes before departure. Allow for park traffic and wait times, and account for time changes when crossing state lines. Guides cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after booking until 30 days before arrival incur a 10% non-refundable, non-transferable fee of the total reservation amount. Within 30 days but more than 48 hours before arrival, this fee is 50%. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or for no-shows.
