Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time
- Ages 8+ only
- Complete the online waiver for each rider before arrival
- Wear boots or tennis shoes; flip-flops, Crocs, and shoes that can easily fall off are not allowed
- Dress according to the weather
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your ride. Rides within 48 hours cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Late arrivals, no-shows, and incomplete rides are forfeited. Rides booked within 48 hours are nonrefundable.
