- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time
- Complete an online waiver for each rider before arrival
- Wear boots or tennis shoes; flip-flops, Crocs, and shoes that can easily fall off are not permitted
- Dress for the weather
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your ride. Within 48 hours, rides cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Late arrivals, no-shows, incomplete rides, and rides booked within 48 hours are forfeited and nonrefundable.
