- Wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals, flip-flops and high heels are not permitted.
- Flights take place only when the pilot determines conditions are safe. The pilot has final say on flight operations.
Cancellation Policy
Weather cancellations are rescheduled at the earliest mutually available date. Cancel at least 72 hours before your flight to reschedule. Cancellations within 72 hours incur full flight charges. No-shows are charged in full with no reschedule. Refunds are considered only after three weather-canceled attempts if you choose not to try again.
