Things to know
A $500 deposit plus processing fees is required to secure your booking. An extra surf instructor must be purchased for whitewater beginners and children under 9 years old.
Cancellation Policy
$500.00 deposit is refundable up until 14 days prior to your session. 10 days prior to your session date and time, full payment is required. If final payment is not received 10 days prior, your credit card on file will be automatically charged the remaining amount.
FAQs
You can organize your group up to the max safety capacity of 24 people in the pool. Recommendations to maximize the experience: 1 hour: 10 surfers or less (intermediate); 2 hours: 15 surfers or less (intermediate).
Waves come every 40 seconds—about 90 waves per hour.
You can add snacks and beverages, catering (price varies), an extra surf instructor, a certified surf coach, a photo package, and Surf Eye Camera video.
