- Arrive about 15 minutes before departure. Late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled charter without a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before departure for a 50% deposit refund; less than 14 days but more than 72 hours before for 25%. Booking and credit card fees are nonrefundable. Within 72 hours, cancellations and no-shows incur the full price; sales are final and nontransferable. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
