- Arrive about 15 minutes before departure. Late arrival may shorten or cancel your charter without a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before departure for a refund of 50% of your deposit; less than 14 days but more than 72 hours before, 25%. Booking and credit card fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows incur the full charter price. You'll receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
