Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days ahead for a full refund; 15–29 days for a gift certificate with no expiration; 1–14 days: no refund. If offshore conditions are unfavorable, your trip will be rescheduled or moved inshore. Hurricanes or other events beyond the operator's control result in gift cards. After departure, seasickness or weather issues still incur at least the booked trip's minimum rate.
