Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 5 days before the class starts. Cancellations more than 5 days ahead may incur a 10% service charge. Within 5 days, no cancellations, changes or refunds are available, but the operator will attempt to reschedule if possible. Classes run rain or shine except in the most extreme cases.
