Cancel less than 24 hours before flight or fail to show 40 minutes prior: billed full price. Cancel with less than 24 hours but re-book: $100 service charge. Late check-in reschedule fee: $100. Online booking fee is non-refundable. Over weight limit: responsible for cost of flight.

Weight is verified at check-in. Limits depend on the aircraft: Robinson R44 is 275 lb per passenger for a group of two, and in a group of three no more than one passenger can weigh over 200 lb. Robinson R66 is 285 lb per passenger for a group of three, and in a group of four no more than three passengers can be over 200 lb. If you arrive over the limit, you may not be accommodated and you may be responsible for the cost of the flight.
Bring a photo ID (state ID, driver’s license, or passport) for each passenger. You must also present the credit card used to purchase the tour, and it must match the ID presented.
Check in at least 40 minutes before your scheduled flight. If you are not checked in by then, it counts as a cancellation and you will be billed the full tour price. If you miss your flight time due to late check-in and can reschedule, a $100 fee applies.
