- Hiking requires a reasonable level of fitness for unpaved, uneven, steep and possibly muddy terrain.
- Front-row seating requires a combined passenger weight under 470 lbs (214 kg).
- Front-row passengers must understand emergency instructions in English and be physically able to operate the exit doors.
- Chair-lift boarding is available only for the rear row; front-row seating cannot accommodate passengers who require the lift.
- For anyone weighing over 240 lbs (109 kg), a mandatory comfort-seat charge applies at 50% of the regular total seat price. This charge is not included in the listed price.
- Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.
- Bring a sturdy rain jacket and wear broken-in, closed-toe hiking boots or trail shoes with good traction.
- Do not bring hats, scarves, bandannas, tablets, purses, camera bags, selfie sticks or extendable wands aboard the helicopter. Loose items are not permitted.
- Keep your smartphone in airplane mode aboard the helicopter.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before start; a 10% service charge may apply. Within 5 days, cancellations are nonrefundable; rescheduling may be possible. No-shows are fully charged. Late cancellation requires a doctor's note dated within 48 hours of the activity, valid only for its holder. Tours run rain or shine except in extreme weather. Flights may be cancelled for weather up to 15 minutes before takeoff.
