Cancel 72+ hours before departure for a full refund; 48–72 hours before for a gift certificate valid for 1 year; 24–48 hours before incurs a 50% charge, with the remainder issued as a gift certificate valid for 1 year. Within 24 hours or for no-shows, the full price is charged. If the operator cancels for weather, you may reschedule or receive a refund.

No. There are no restrooms aboard the pontoon. Use the facilities at the Day Use picnic area or private parking area before departure. Nature breaks are available during the tour on request.
Look for single-car spaces in the upper lot near the trail entrance on the boat dock side. You may need to park on the single-use side of the park and walk a short distance to the dock. Accessible parking is available in both areas.
