- The park entrance fee is not included in the tour price; you'll pay it on arrival
- From May 1 through September 30, park only in single-car spaces, not long boat-and-trailer spaces. Violations result in a vehicle boot and a $100 fine
- On weekends and holidays, the park often reaches capacity between 9am and 3pm and stops admitting visitors during that time

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before departure for an immediate refund. At 48–72 hours, the full price is charged and issued as a gift certificate valid for 1 year. At 24–48 hours, half is charged and half issued as a gift certificate valid for 1 year. Within 24 hours or for no-shows, the full price is charged. If the operator cancels for inclement weather, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
