Cancellation Policy
Runs rain or shine. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead for a 90% refund; 24–28 hours ahead for 50%. Same-day cancellations receive no refund; a rain check may be issued. Guides decide severe-weather or river-condition cancellations; rescheduling may be offered, and weather-related refunds may be negotiated. Rescheduling excludes federal holidays and federal holiday weekends.
