7+ days before: full refund less $150 cancellation fee. Within 6 days with 24+ hours notice: deposit non-refundable. No cancellations within 24 hours; you pay charges in full, including any winery tasting fees/penalties. Rain: if 50%+ hourly rain forecast at 24 hours before meet time, cancel for full deposit refund.
