Transportation, food and drinks, cover charges, and attraction fees (including the guides) are not included and are paid by guests. A surcharge applies for groups over 10 guests: an additional $50 per person. Extra guide hours cost $100 per additional hour, and additional guide fees arent expected until the tour goes over 5.5 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Non-refundable, but can be rescheduled or converted into a gift certificate. The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. If the seller is forced to cancel, you can reschedule (subject to availability) or get a full refund.

Yes. Your reservation covers 110 guests. If you book for 11 or more guests, a surcharge applies: an additional $50 per person over 10.
