Q: Are Whale sightings guaranteed?
A: Whales are wild animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed. However, the boat’s speed and range give you the best possible chance to see them.
Q: Where does the tour go?
A: The boat covers Oahu’s southern coast, from the east side to the west side, to maximize whale sighting opportunities.
Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
A: Yes. You may bring your own food and alcohol. A large cooler with ice and sparkling water is provided.
Q: How early should we arrive for check-in?
A: Boarding only takes a few minutes. You don’t need to arrive early, but please be on time for departure.
Q: Where can I park for the whale watching tour?
A: Parking is available at Ala Wai Boat Harbor.
Q: Is there free parking?
A: Yes. Limited free parking is available in marked stalls at the harbor, usually with a 6-hour limit. These spaces can fill up quickly, so plan to arrive early.
Cancellation policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are fully refunded. No-shows are charged the full price. The team will try to reschedule when possible.
