Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before start and no-shows are not refunded. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or may reschedule.

Sign your individual participant agreement at least 72 hours before your start time. For anyone under 21, a parent or legal guardian must sign instead. If any medical questionnaire questions apply to you, physician's clearance may be needed before signing.
