Important details
- Wheelchair accessibility is limited: train doorways are 24 inches wide, and wheelchair storage space is limited. A boarding lift is available at Greenbank Station, but not at any stops.
- Pets are not permitted on board. Service dogs trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome.
- Do not smoke on the train or inside any building.
- Use the station restrooms before boarding; there are no restrooms in the parlor car.
- Cars and locomotives may be substituted, and schedules may change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Trains operate rain or shine. Pick up reserved tickets at least 15 minutes before departure. Tickets not collected 5 minutes before departure are considered unclaimed, and seats may be released to walk-up passengers. No-show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
