Choose one lunch per person: baked mahi mahi fish plate (white rice and potato macaroni salad), breaded crispy boneless chicken plate (white rice and potato macaroni salad), or a vegan oriental tofu salad (lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, sprouts, tofu, and oriental dressing). If no choice is provided, the operator will order either the mahi mahi or chicken plate.
Wear comfortable clothing and footwear (sandals are OK). Wear your swimsuit under your clothes, or bring it to change into before the swim stop. Bring a fully charged cell phone and a charging cord (USB outlets are available in the vehicle). Bring cash for souvenirs, snacks, and gratuity.
