Then, buckle up as you board our North Pole Elfavator, soaring through the skies to the magical North Pole. But this is no ordinary ride—help our playful in-flight Elf activate the portal that transports you directly into Santa’s world!

Your first stop? Santa’s Reindeer Barn, where you’ll meet a brand-new friend—Vixen! Help her work her reindeer magic and open the next portal into the heart of the North Pole: the Elf Workshop!

Inside the workshop, the North Pole's Head Elf will introduce you to the North Pole Magical Blueprint Experience, where, with a little Christmas magic, a wooden toy appears before your eyes! Each child gets to be part of the magic and take home their very own, one-of-a-kind North Pole creation.

Next, stop by the Northern Most Mailbox, the chattiest mailbox in the world, to drop off your letter to Santa himself! Once the final portal opens, you’ll step into Santa’s cozy living room for a personal, heartfelt meet-and-greet. Santa already knows all about your little ones, making this the most personalized and magical Santa experience ever!

Don’t forget to capture the magic! After your visit, you’ll receive 4-6 professional photos, but self-photography is always welcome—our elves are here to lend a helping hand!

- Children require adult accompaniment
- Check in 15–20 minutes before your appointment starts
- Late arrival may shorten your experience or prevent entry. If your visit starts late, only the Santa meeting is guaranteed; other activities may be skipped, and your scheduled end time stays the same
- Arrival 10 minutes late counts as a no-show, including delays caused by parking

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for any reason. Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires at least 7 days' notice; requests within one week count as cancellations. For illness, travel, or other emergencies, tickets may be transferred to another party if requested within 48 hours of the appointment start time. Transfers require staff approval.

Yes, the Santa experience is open to all ages. Everyone attending needs a purchased ticket, including accompanying adults.
Balboa Island has street parking only; the venue does not provide parking. On weekends, arrive on the island 45–60 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. Special event weekends, such as the Newport Beach Boat Parade, may require extra parking time.
Yes, you can take your own photos throughout your Santa visit. Keep your phone or camera ready; the elves can also help take photos on your device, though photo quality is not guaranteed.
