The crew here consistently earns praise for creating an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere on their tours. Guests call out staff members like Margaret, Aiden, Emilee, and Madelyn by name, appreciating how personable and entertaining they make the experience. The energy stays high throughout, with good music and a fun vibe that seems to be a signature of their approach. What really stands out is how attentive they are to varying comfort levels in the water. Multiple reviewers mention crew members going above and beyond to help nervous swimmers feel safe, even offering guided assistance with boards and personal attention. As for wildlife, turtles and dolphins make regular appearances, though whale sightings depend on the season and aren't guaranteed.
