- Ocean movement can be physically demanding, even in calm conditions. Restricted mobility, back or neck conditions, balance limitations, advanced age or physical frailty may make the ride more difficult or uncomfortable.
- Some destinations and activities are not possible within a 3-hour charter.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the trip may depart without you.

Bring towels, mineral-based sunscreen, and any medication you may need, such as an inhaler or epinephrine auto-injector. Pack a light jacket if you get cold easily, especially December–March, and an underwater camera if you have one.
