Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure without penalty. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Date changes require at least 3 weeks' notice before your original tour date. If you are not boarded before departure, you forfeit your tour without a refund.

Arrive 15–30 minutes before departure to allow time for parking, walking to the dock, and using the restroom. Be ready to board upon arrival. Your reservation time is the departure time, and the boat cannot wait for late arrivals.
Wear a swimsuit and easy-to-remove footwear; sandals are recommended. Bring a light sweater, jacket, or sun-protection shirt and a secure, tight-fitting hat.
Bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, any personal medications, and motion sickness prevention such as pills, a patch, or bands. Bring a camera or phone with plenty of storage; a waterproof case is recommended.
