- Arrive no more than 5 minutes early, and leave by the end of your reserved time.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no refunds or package exchanges. With 21 days' written notice, party payments can be transferred to a gift card for future use. Payments do not expire. Transferring or postponing an unused party may be possible in unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather.
