Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 7 days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are charged 100%. Booking changes within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Serious injury or illness requiring hospitalization is an exception; admission paperwork is required for a refund. If the operator cancels for dangerous ocean conditions, weather or mechanical issues, you'll receive a full refund.
