Plan to pay a separate captain’s fee on the dock before departure. The booking notes state $150 for 4 hours, while the pricing note mentions a $50 captain’s fee for the one-hour tour, so confirm the exact amount with Greetwell before you book. Tips are optional; typical is 15%–20% of the captain’s fee.
Arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork and a safety briefing. If you don’t notify the operator that you’ll be late, they mark you as a no-show 30 minutes after the start time and charge the full price. If you notify them before the start time, they hold the boat for up to 1 hour, but they won’t extend your return time.
Bring ice and drinks for the onboard cooler, plus towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks, and any water toys you want. The pontoon includes a cooler, Bluetooth audio, USB/12-volt charging, shade (Bimini top), safety gear, a floating lily pad, floating couches, and snorkeling masks.
