Cancellation Policy
Full refund or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable. If SUP Pups cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. No shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrival reduces your water time because sessions run back-to-back.
Yes. Complete the liability waiver before you arrive so you can spend more time on the water.
Wear comfortable clothing or swimwear. Bring a towel, sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap recommended), and water. If you bring a dog, bring a flat leash (no retractable leashes) and treats if needed.
