Free cancellation up to 24 hours before class. Dec 20–Jan 4 bookings are final and non-refundable. Later cancellations or changes incur the full reservation price. Fewer participants do not reduce the price; additional participants incur the applicable rate. Health-related exceptions require medical documentation; other exceptions are subject to review and approval.
