🦌 Meet Vixen, a brand new reindeer in Santa's Barn: Take a magical stop at Santa’s Reindeer Barn and get up close and personal with Vixen this year. You’ll learn all about the reindeer magic that makes Santa's sleigh fly and help her activate a magical portal into Santa's Toy Workshop!
🎁 Elf-Powered Toy Creation: Head to the workshop with the North Pole’s Head Elf, where your child will help craft a wooden toy using the Elf-Patented North Pole Magic Blueprint experience. Every child will assist in the magic and take home their very own toy as a keepsake!
❄️ Snow Globe Making Experience: Get creative with the Head Elf and make a personalized snow globe, capturing the magic of the North Pole to take home and treasure.

- Late arrival can shorten or cancel your visit, and activities may be skipped. Only meeting Santa is guaranteed if your visit starts late. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show

Cancellation Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable. Rescheduling requires at least 7 days' notice and is subject to availability; requests within one week count as cancellations. For illness, travel or other emergencies, tickets may be transferred to another party if requested within 48 hours of the appointment start time and approved by staff.

Yes. Build-A-Buddy is an optional $12 add-on to your VIP tour, available while supplies last. Choose a stuffed animal to make with the Head Elf in the Toy Factory and take home.
Balboa Island has street parking only; the venue provides no parking. On weekends, arrive on the island 45–60 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. Special-event weekends, such as the Newport Beach Boat Parade, may require additional time.
Yes. Have your phone or camera ready during your Santa visit. The elves can also take photos on your device, though photo quality is not guaranteed.
