- Complete and sign a waiver before boarding
- Wear a life jacket when riding. If you're under 13, keep it on at all times on board
- Stay seated and keep your head, hands, and other body parts inside the boat while it's moving
- Ask a coach before entering the water to cool down, and only enter while the boat is stopped
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled experience
