Less-than-ideal weather is not grounds for cancellation. Unsafe weather may lead to cancellation or rescheduling. If the operator cancels due to weather, you'll receive a full refund.

If unsafe weather affects your reservation, the operator will call you. High winds, lightning, rain, or nearby storms may lead to closure.
Wear a bathing suit or quick-drying clothing. Water shoes, booties, sport sandals, or old tennis shoes are recommended; barefoot is also allowed. A windbreaker or paddling jacket is optional.
