PA Grand Canyon
Pine Creek Outfitters gets high marks from most visitors for their friendly, knowledgeable staff and reliable service. Shannon and her team consistently deliver on shuttles and bike rentals, with reviewers praising their flexibility and responsiveness. The electric bikes are a popular choice for tackling the rail trail, though some riders note the seats could use more padding for longer rides. Staff members go the extra mile by offering helpful recommendations for hikes, overlooks, and places to eat along the route. The shuttle service runs smoothly, with pickups described as punctual and drivers who know the area well. A few visitors mentioned some quirks with booking policies, particularly around shuttle logistics for solo riders, though this doesn't seem to derail most experiences. One reviewer noted encountering an unfriendly phone interaction, but this appears to be an isolated incident rather than the norm. Overall, travelers appreciate the convenience of having bikes and shuttles coordinated in one place, making it easy to explore Pennsylvania's Grand Canyon without the hassle of arranging your own transportation.
My husband and I used the Canyon Valet to move our vehicle from the southern terminus of the West Rim Trail to the northern terminus while we backpacked over 3 days. This is great service! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to people considering a one way hike of the PA Grand Canyon. They were even so kind to park our car close to the end of the trail. We were exhausted and having to car close was like a spiritual hug. Thank you Pine Creek Outfitters for making our weekend excursion worry free.
